Policies are written for Instant Reach Limited operating InstantReach under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, with contact info@migherworld.com and complaints to the NDPC where applicable. Optional overrides live in .env.example.
EU / UK visitors
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the privacy policy includes supplementary bases and rights; primary governing law for the contract remains Nigeria unless agreed otherwise in writing.
